NAD's C515BEE is a breakthrough in both performance and value, perfectly matching the C315BEE integrated amplifier. This CD player plays CD/CD-R as well as MP3 and WMA files copied to CD-R for up to 10 hours of continuous play. To ensure minimum distortion carefully capacitors and other passive components with close tolerances have been chosen, and digital/analog conversion is made by Sigma Delta converters with low noise and excellent linearity.

Additional features include an informative display, a dimmer for the display, coaxial and optical digital outputs, and a full-function remote control. The NAD C515BEE comes for $299.

NAD unveiled at the CES the VISO FIVE (pictured) DVD/CD Surround Sound Receiver and VISO TWO DVD/CD Receiver, these system are now announced on NAD's website.

The VISO series delivers NAD component performance inside a compact and modern design single box that combine DVD/CD receiver, high-performance HD picture, audio, FM/AM reception, as well as XM and iPod readiness. Both models deliver superb DVD picture quality in both interlaced and progressive scan modes with upscaling to 720p and 1080i resolution.

NAD's VISO FIVE combines a DVD/CD player and 5.1 surround sound receiver while the Viso Two is a DVD/CD player and 2.1 receiver model. Both feature an HDMI digital video output with On-Screen-Display setup. The VISO FIVE offers the latest surround formats, including DVD-Audio with 24-bit/196-kHz resolution and full bass management. VISO TWO offers DVD-Audio support for superb sound, as well as Dolby Virtual Speaker mode, which provides surround effects with only two front speakers. Both units include a sensitive FM/AM tuner with 30-station preset memory, RDS capability, have an XM Ready input and a rear-panel data Port to accept NAD's optional IPD-1 iPod dock.

NAD Electronics is getting ready to unveil for the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas its new products and audio accessories. One of these is the NAD IPD-1 iPod docking station, priced at around $150 but after all it's quite expensive for a simple ipod dock.

However, the NAD IPD-1 is designed to work with all NAD A/V products, and it should work with non-NAD products as well. This dock performs four functions, it sends stereo audio signals via gold plated RCA jacks, it sends video signals via S-Video from your iPod video to your A/V receiver or TV, it charges your iPod battery and it features a "meta-data" function compatible with T 775, T 785 and T 175 NAD receivers which display on your video display, remote controllable operation using the NAD illuminated learning remote control.

NAD Electronics developed the Masters Series M4 Analog/Digital Tuner, the most advanced tuner NAD has ever developed will be introduced at the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

The M4 combines a highly sensitive FM/AM tuning section with the latest digital technology to extract maximum sound quality from the broadcasts it receives. This includes XM Satellite Radio as an XM Ready input on the M4 allows an external XM Satellite module to be easily connected. It features an "Auto Tuning" function which finds all the stations available in any given area with a 40-station preset memory and its associated remote control.

And for the electronic circuitry, the M4 has a double-tuned FM detector for low distortion and frequency response correction, it employs shielded MOSFETs designed to handle radio frequency signals in precise 0.05-MHz increments and the outputs own audiophile-quality TI/Burr-Brown digital-to-analog converters, TI/Burr-Brown operational amps, and separate power supplies for the digital control and audio stages.

The new NAD's C715 series combines all your favorite music sources into one very compact box. Including two models the C715 and the C715DAB which has an extra DAB tuner (Band III) with 99 presets, both models has a 2x 25W amplifier, an FM/AM tuner and a full function CD Player.

The stereos have connections for adding extra analog and digital devices, available both on the front panel for portable devices and the rear panel for permanently installed ancillaries. The front panel USB port allows you to transfer music files from your C715 to any storage device or digital music player with a USB port. These USB devices can also serve as a source for play-back on the C715. Thus PCs, MP3 Players and USB Memory Drives can be easily interfaced to the C715.
